The Diablo D1060X is a 10 in, 60-tooth Hi-ATB fine-finish blade that hits the sweet spot for miter saws: cleaner and more versatile than a 40T, faster than an 80T. TiCo Hi-Density carbide, a 15-degree hook and stabilizer vents deliver smooth, low-vibration crosscuts in trim, molding, hardwood and plywood, and it can handle light rips on a table saw too. It is the all-round finish choice, with the 80T reserved for the most demanding visible cuts.
Pros
- 60T Hi-ATB grind leaves a near-sanded crosscut while cutting faster than an 80T
- Handles crosscuts and light rips, so it works on both miter and table saws
- Stabilizer vents cut noise and vibration for a cleaner, quieter cut
Cons
- Not quite as glass-smooth as an 80T blade on the finest trim
- Still too many teeth for fast ripping of thick stock
- Can burn if fed too slowly in dense hardwood
